- This procedural guidelines is valid for Board of Directors and all employees as well as each party who works with CCBI.
- Approvals
- The appropriate Company Directors or Managers must review and approve in writing any circumstance requiring special permission, as described in the Code.
- Monitoring Compliance
- Each director and employee should take all responsible steps to prevent a Code violation and CCBI will have some efforts to maintain the anonymity of any person reporting a suspected breach of the Code.
- Investigations
- The responsibility for administering the Code, investigating violations of the Code and determining corrective and disciplinary action rests with Industrial Relations, Fraud Control and Security Manager and conducted on behalf of President Director. National Examiner and Account Receivable Manager and/or National Legal Manager and Corporate Secretary will be involved if it is required in investigation process.
- Disciplinary Actions
- Methods of disciplinary actions to the violations of the Code.
- Signature and acknowledgement
- All new directors, employees and individual contractors must sign an acknowledgement form confirming that they have read the Code and understand its provisions. Failure to read the Code or to sign an acknowledgement form, however, does not excuse an associate from the terms of this Code.
