In order to support those services, CCBI provides National Contact Centre (NCC) for all customers and consumers throughout Indonesia. Now, NCC is a medium for customers (sales partners) and consumers who need any information or services related to the Company and the products

NCC’s services include:

• Customer Services, which include requests on becoming customer, cold drink equipment, product orders both from traditional and modern outlets, and other subjects related to distribution or sales;
• Consumer Services, which include product information, product and packaging quality, promotion program;
• General Inquiries, which include research, apprenticeship, vacancy, plant visit and product or services proposal from vendor.
